Darul Hana Bridge
This unique 336-metre S-shaped pedestrian bridge is supported by two cables that are 45 metres high from two 48-degree outward angled steel towers topped out with stylised hornbills, denoting the emblem of Sarawak. It connects Kuching City North with the southern part of the city, providing an alternative route to the residents of both areas.

Sitting on a foothill and commanding the view over the river and Main Bazaar, the ornately decorated Tua Pek Kong Temple, which was one of the few buildings that survived the 1884 Great Fire of Kuching, is said to have the best Feng Shui location in the city.

The Old Courthouse
Formerly known as the Court House Complex built in 1871, it was the administrative centre of Sarawak government and was used for this purpose as late as 1973. The complex comprises of buildings with magnificent belian (ironwood) roof and beautiful detailing inside out, reflecting local art forms.
